No specific consultation has been carried out as part of this PIA. Specific questions about the disclosure of information - relating to harmful behaviour by under 12 year olds, both i) by SCRA in respect of victims and ii) by police and Disclosure Scotland, were including in the general consultation on the recommendations made by the Age of Criminal Responsibility Advisory Group.
