Equality funding 2016 to 2017: process for recipients

This information is for people in organisations who have received a grant offer letter from us.

This process applies to projects that receive funding directly from us. This is not for projects managed via the Voluntary Action Fund (VAF).

Forms should be completed and submitted each quarter in accordance with the payment schedule specified in your grant offer letter.

Quarter 1 (July to September 2016)

Complete and return:

  1. the claim form to draw down the quarter 1 instalment

Quarter 2 (October to December 2016)

Complete and return:

  1. the claim form to draw down the quarter 2 instalment
  2. a financial report of actual expenditure in quarter 1

Quarter 3 (January to March 2017)

Complete and return:

  1. the claim form to draw down the quarter 3 instalment
  2. a financial report of actual expenditure in quarters 1 and 2
  3. a six month progress report form to report progress from July to December 2016

Quarter 4 (April to June 2017)

Complete and return:

  1. the claim form to draw down the quarter 4 instalment
  2. a financial report of actual expenditure in quarters 1, 2 and 3 and anticipated expenditure in quarter 4

By the end of July 2017

Complete and return:

  1. a financial report of actual expenditure from 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017
  2. an annual progress report form to report progress from 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017
