Applications under the Electricity Act 1989: fees charged

Footnotes

1. The EIA scoping payment is calculated to be the equivalent to 25% of the fee for an application or request for variation of consent for the proposed development.

2. Where there is a valid scoping opinion in relation to the application being submitted, the payment due will be the total indicated in column 5 minus the total of the payments already made with the screening and scoping of the proposed development.

3. Where there is a valid scoping opinion in relation to the request for variation of consent being submitted, the payment due will be the total indicated in column 6 for the installed capacity of the development as a result of the intended variation minus the total of the payments already made with the screening and scoping of the proposed development.
