I can confirm that Transport Scotland/Scottish Government hold the information within the scope of your request and this has been compiled and attached to this letter. Annex A.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under Section 30 (b)(i), free and frank exchange of advice, Section 30 (b)(ii), free and frank exchange of views and Section 33 (1)(b), commercial interests of FOISA applies. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in Annex B to this letter.
