(a) While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance under section 17(1) of FOISA the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested, namely DMG Media spend from 2007 - 2011. As this information is held by a third party who is no longer under contract to the Scottish Government, they are not obliged to keep a record of the information.
