While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.
The Scottish Government does not hold information on type of driving licences held by the offenders (questions 3,4,7 and 8), hence we are unable to determine if offenders were group 2 licence holders or not.
Although the Road Traffic Act 1988 S94A(1)(a)(ii) specifies revoking driving licences under section 93 of this Act, we are unable to break-down the charges further than already done in the table attached above (questions 5,6).
