Information about the involvement of the Scottish Government in helping the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS), in relation to complaints about the Head of NICS.

Your specific question was:

"I write to ask please for information about the percentage of complaints about NICS Heads of Service that have, over the years, been upheld by the Scottish Government?"

Response

No complaints against the Head of NICS have been passed to the Permanent Secretary in the Scottish Government since the arrangement began in 2016.
