Information regarding Flexipass tickets for use with the ScotRail's Smartcard.

  • The first point you asked was when did 10 Journey Flexipass Tickets become available for use with Smartcard?

  • What value of travel purchased through Flexipass has subsequently been lost through expiry of Tickets?

  • How many complaints have been received from members of the public relating to expiry of Flexipass Tickets?

  • In how many cases have ScotRail refunded a portion of the purchase price of a Flexipass ticket to compensate for Expiry of a Flexipass Ticket?

I can advise you that ScotRail's Flexipass tickets became available on Smartcard on 11 May 2017.

  • What value of travel purchased through Flexipass has subsequently been lost through expiry of Tickets?

  • How many complaints have been received from members of the public relating to expiry of Flexipass Tickets?

  • In how many cases have ScotRail refunded a portion of the purchase price of a Flexipass ticket to compensate for Expiry of a Flexipass Ticket?
