Information requested

The number of cybersecurity analysts in our department during different time periods between 2015 and 2018.

How many cybersecurity analysts who have left and joined the department (please specify both how many left and how many joined).over the period of 1st Jan 2015 and 1st Jan 2018,

For the purpose of clarity, you defined a cybersecurity analyst as anyone in the department IT team specifically responsible for monitoring and combatting cyber-threats.

1. 7 cyber security analysts were employed on the 1st January 2018.

0 external contractors or by other means were employed on the 1st January 2018.

2. 6 cyber security analysts were employed on the 1st January 2017.

0 external contractors or by other means were employed on the 1st January 2017.

3. 6 cyber security analysts were employed on the 1st January 2016.

0 external contractors or by other means were employed the 1st January 2016.

4. 6 cyber security analysts were employed on the 1st January 2015.

0 external contractors or by other means were employed on the 1st January 2015.

5. Between 2015 – 2018 4 Cyber Security Analysts have joined the team, 1 has left and 2 have been successful in promotion to managing the cyber security function and subsequently replaced.
