Details of any stated aims or guidance at its origin provided by Scottish Ministers to the Legislative Consequences of EU Withdrawal Project.

Response

After extensive searches of the Scottish Government's records, we have found no information which falls within the scope of your request nor can the relevant Scottish Government officials recall any such information.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.

The Legislative Consequences of EU Withdrawal project was established with the overall objective of ensuring there is a working Scottish statute book, which meets the policy intentions and responsibilities of Scottish Ministers, on the day the UK withdraws from the EU. The project is responsible for the coordination of the legislative consent memorandum process for the EU (Withdrawal) Bill, the coordination of the programme of primary and secondary legislation required to ensure legal operability after exit from the EU, and the development of any other legislation required as a consequence of UK withdrawal from the EU.
