1. What protocol is in place to ensure that NO official Scottish or U.K government documents or confidential information is shared with the S.N.P executive in either written or verbal form?

2. What protocol is in place to ensure that Mr. Murrell in particular has NO access to Confidential information from the Scottish Assembly or the United Kingdom government in either written or verbal form?

3. Are any official or confidential Scottish or U.K government documents open in Bute House, or the Sturgeon personal household?

In line with the Scottish Ministerial Code /publications/scottish-ministerial-code-2018-edition/ the First Minister follows all relevant security procedures when handling Scottish Government information (see sections 2.26, 2.27).
