Local development plan: Perth and Kinross

Documentation and correspondence related to the local development plan for Perth and Kinross.

Local development plans set out the long term vision for change to the local authority areas that they cover. There are several formal stages to preparing the plan, during which the Scottish Government will issue official correspondence to the planning authority.

The documents held for the Perth and Kinross local development plan are:

  • 10 October 2016 - Letter regarding adoption of Supplementary Guidance - Delivering Zero Waste; Loch leven Special Protection Area and Ramsar Site; Lunan Valley Area Dunkeld-Blaigowrie Loch Special Area of Conservation; and River Tay Special Area of Conservation, in association with the Perth and Kinross Local Development Plan
  • 31 May 2016 - Letter directing modification of Supplementary Guidance - Developer Contributions and Affordable Housing
  • 11 March 2016 - Comments on Main Issues Report
