CONCLUSION

86. The planning service needs to ensure that individuals, communities, businesses and other stakeholders have access to the planning information and services they need, and can get involved in a way and at a time that suits them. Commitment to continuous service improvement is required to grasp the opportunities of new technology and help to increase the effectiveness of the planning system.
