These are the final reports produced by the Monitoring and Evaluation Group, setting out lessons learned from the European Structural and Investment Funds programmes that ran between 2007 and 2013.
The elements evaluated are:
- the National Rules
- the strategic delivery mechanisms
- the audit and compliance (Article 60b expenditure verifications & on-the-spot compliance checks)
- the Programme Monitoring Committee
The lessons learned helped to inform the design of these elements in the European Structural and Investment Funds programmes running from 2014 to 2020.
