More information about the National Housing Trust initiative, specifically:
1. When where the first homes built using the NHT funding model completed?
Please provide an annual break down of completions, since this date. Please breakdown these annual figures by tenure, and local authority area.
2. Have any sales of NHT funded dwellings taken place to date? If so, please confirm the name of the developer and the location where sales have taken place?
3. What is the total value of Scottish Government loan guarantees that are linked to this scheme?
4. Please confirm how many new dwellings are currently in the NHT development pipeline.

The answers to your questions are:
1. When where the first homes built using the NHT funding model completed?
January 2012
Please provide an annual break down of completions, since this date. Please breakdown these annual figures by tenure, and local authority area.

2. Have any sales of NHT funded dwellings taken place to date?
Yes.
If so, please confirm the name of the developer and the location where sales have taken place?

3. What is the total value of Scottish Government loan guarantees that are linked to this scheme?
The total value of Scottish Government loan guarantees, based on 1,277 units, is £158,910,000 (correct as at 1 November 2017).
There have been no calls on the guarantee to date, and, given the strong performance of the initiative to date, no calls on the guarantee are expected.
4. Please confirm how many new dwellings are currently in the NHT development pipeline.
1,680 units have been approved, 403 units are still to be completed.
