  1. Could you confirm whether legal advice has been given to Scottish Government ministers in relation to the forthcoming Land Reform Bill?
  2. Could you confirm whether legal advice has been given to Scottish Government ministers in relation to the specific matter of a presumed limit of land ownership, in relation to either the forthcoming Land Reform Bill or the proposed Land Ownership and Public Interest (Scotland) Bill?
  3. Could you provide the legal advice that has been received by Scottish Government ministers regarding human rights or the ECHR in relation to the forthcoming Land Reform Bill or the proposed Land Ownership and Public Interest (Scotland) Bill?
  4. Could you provide the legal advice that has been received by Scottish Government ministers regarding a presumed limit on land ownership in relation to the forthcoming Land Reform Bill or the proposed Land Ownership and Public Interest (Scotland) Bill?

Response

I can confirm that legal advice has been obtained by Scottish Government ministers in relation to the forthcoming Land Reform Bill and in regards to the matter of presumed limit of land ownership.
