Information requested

How may IHR police officer's who where retired from Police Scotland before the 1st October 2023 have been issued with there RSS statement for them to make a informed decision if to revert back to there legacy scheme as per the scope of the remedy.

Response

To date no RSS statements have been issued for members of the Police scheme who retired due to ill health (IHR) before 1 October 2023.
