Information requested

You asked for more information on the Liquidity Support Fund for SME Housebuilders:

1. How many recipients were granted loans from this fund?
2. How much money was given out via this fund?
3. How many of recipients have defaulted on the loan?
4. Which Government office is currently managing this fund and its repayment process?

Response

The answer to your question is:

1. Section 25 of FOISA exempts information from disclosure where the requester can reasonably obtain the information without making a request for it.
2. A total of £17,795,918 was loaned.
3. 33 of the recipients defaulted on their loan agreement. 27 of the 38 have fully repaid their loan.
4. Local Government and Housing Directorate - More Homes Division.
