Can I see a record of the people who have requested subject access request and outline of reasons they have given to be able to do this?

Response

An exemption under section s.38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to the information you have requested. We are unable to provide a record of the people who have enacted their right of access or the reasons they have given as this is personal data.

However, we can provide you with a breakdown of the number of SARs received by the Scottish Government from years 2020 to 2024 thus far; please see below;
