Historical Sexual Offences (Pardons and Disregards) (Scotland) Bill: equality impact assessment

The EQIA assesses impacts of granting a pardon to people convicted of criminal offences for engaging in same-sex sexual activity that is now legal.

1 The Scottish Government acknowledges that this is offensive terminology however it was until recently the name of a Scots law offence.
