This business and regulatory impact assessment (BRIA) considers the impact of changes to Best Start Foods on businesses, including the third sector.

The Scottish Government does not believe that the amendments to the BSF regulations will have an adverse impact on children, families or any other consumer either within Scotland, the UK, elsewhere in Europe or the rest of the world. Social Security Scotland has published Our Charter,[26] detailing the service clients can expect from them
